Profile:
As a Project Manager, you are involved in the price quote process and winning the project. You are responsible for proper execution of the project, and for changes and expectations being properly managed.
You move around easily at various levels in the organisation. You are responsible for putting project promises into practice, by drawing up project planning and a plan of approach. You give operational guidance to project employees. Finally, you ensure that the business case underpinning the project remains the guiding principle for the results delivered.
Function Requirements:
Bachelor or Master level;
Experience with project management methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK, IPMA);
Experience with change management;
Knowledge of planning tools (MS Project);
Experience with different styles of consultancy;
Leadership capacities;
You are good at planning and organising;
You have excellent communication skills;
You have a strong customer focus and service-oriented attitude;
You are an initiator of new ideas;
You have a strong analytical mentality/conceptual way of thinking;
You are flexible and stress-resistant.
